Returns and Exchanges
- We offer exchange or return only in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product issue is verified to be our fault.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if the ordered product is unavailable, damaged beyond replacement, or if an error occurred from our side.
- Refunds (if approved) will be made through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds of advance payments will be processed through bank transfer or digital wallet within the same period.
- Soreluxe Jewels reserves the right to reject refund claims if the product is found used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
