COD Terms and Policy
- We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or online bank transfers.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 70% will be paid upon delivery.
- Customers who choose to pay the full amount in advance will receive either a 10% cashback or a 10% discount voucher/coupon for their next purchase. (Offer applies only to successful prepaid orders and may not be combined with other promotions.)
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email. Orders not confirmed with advance payment within the mentioned time may be automatically cancelled, and Soreluxe Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or non-payment is detected.
- We deliver nation wide all over Pakistan .
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within Pakistan after order confirmation.
- Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and courier service.
